18:15u THE RED17

THE RED17 plays its first show on the 17th of December, the same day the name of the band is made official. After 9 shows the band got welcomed as ‘headlining artist’ on one of Holland’s biggest festivals. By winning the Rob Acda Award the band got invited to kick off Bevrijdingspop, Haarlem. The jury explained: This band is full of energy, filled with passion and are going strong from start till end.

In Spring 2011 the band releases their single ‘Move On’, produced by Theo Nap*. The videoclip for the song is directed by Jan Stolz**. They are launched at the band’s website. Around summer the band will plays shows throughout The Netherlands. With their energetic pop-rock the band tries to attracted their audience into its unique THE RED17 feeling; Lot’s of energy, passion, and euphoria.

Over Koninginnepop Stopt per 30-04-2012

Ook dit jaar zal het festival Koninginnepop op 30 april het Burg. Rijkenspark in Santpoort Zuid omtoveren tot een gezellige ontmoetingsplek en muzikale happening! Het festival is begonnen als koninginnedag activiteit in Santpoort Zuid. Er was toen een podium met een playbackshow. Inmiddels is het festival verplaatst naar een open plek in het Burgemeester Rijkenspark te Santpoort en is het uitgegroeid tot een muziekfestival. We staan erom bekend dat we regionale bands een kans geven om op te treden en dat er vele muziekstromingen aan bod komen. Ook dit jaar willen wij alle mogelijke extra.s uit de kast halen om iedereen een spetterend feest te kunnen voorschotelen tijdens Koninginnedag.
